- The decision made by Majestic Perfume’s QC team regarding the presence or absence of a manufacturing defect shall be final, binding, and non-contestable.
4. No Replacement if the Issue Is Not Genuine:
- If, after inspection, the reported issue is found not genuine or caused by mishandling, improper storage, or usage, no replacement will be provided.
5. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances:
- Regardless of the inspection outcome, refunds will not be issued for any reason.

- Shipping charges to return the product for inspection.
- Ensuring the product is returned with original packaging, unused condition, and intact batch number.

- Customer dissatisfaction with fragrance preferences
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities
- Damage occurring after delivery
- Losses arising from misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
